This Privacy and Security Policy governs the manner in which Internet Office, Inc., (“Internet Office, Inc.”) collects,
uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its customers and users of its website (each, a "User") and those
who use our Site Services, (each “Subscribing Organization” and/or “Member”).
1. Privacy
Users' privacy and/or Subscribing Organization/Members is very important to Internet Office, Inc. and we are committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to Internet Office, Inc.. Our Web site and our Site Services is not directed toward children under the age of 18 years.
2. Collection of Information
Internet Office, Inc. collects various types of personally-identifiable information including name, address, telephone number, credit card number or other billing information, e-mail address, and other information that contained within certain registration forms, either alone or in combination with other kinds of information that may personally identify Users. Internet Office, Inc. may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways, including through online forms for ordering products and services, and other instances where Users are invited to volunteer such information. Internet Office, Inc. may also collect information about how Users use our Web site, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the Web site or the domains from which Users originate. In addition, DATA and other Subscribing Organization and/or Member proprietary information that is stored within the Site Services may from time to time be viewed by Internet Office in the course of investigations, reports of abuse or other unusual occurrences as discussed in our Terms of Use.
3. Use of Information
Internet Office, Inc. may use personally identifiable information collected through our Web site to contact Users regarding products and services offered by Internet Office, Inc. and its trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners, and otherwise to enhance Users' experience with Internet Office, Inc. and/or such affiliates, independent contractors and business partners which you may enter our site or Site Services through. Internet Office, Inc. may also use information collected through our Web site for research regarding the effectiveness of the Web site and the marketing, advertising and sales efforts of Internet Office, Inc. Only in the instance said information is gathered through Internet Office, Inc’s trusted affiliates, or Partners will anyone other than Internet Office be privy to such information.
Credit Card information will not be shared UNLESS a Subscribing Organization’s Site Service Subscription is through an affiliate or Partner who originally stored the Credit Card Information during the sign up process. Credit Cards are used solely for the intent of billing. Under no circumstance will Internet Office will share any collected information with groups other than those directly related to Internet Office described above through affiliation and under a proper Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between the affiliate and Internet Office, Inc.
Internet Office will never use, collect or release DATA and other Subscribing Organization proprietary information that may be housed within the Site Services to outside parties unless required to by legal authority in the course of investigation. We will never use, collect or disseminate the Subscribing Organizations proprietary Contact or Member information, financial Data or other Data housed within the Site Services portion of the Intranet Edition as a means to market and will respect and protect that data through security measures as contained within the TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT.
4. Disclosure of Information
Internet Office, Inc. will not disclose information collected from Users to affiliates, independent contractors and business partners. We may disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from Users to investors and potential partners. Finally, we may transfer information collected from Users in connection with a sale of Internet Office, Inc.'s business.
5. Security Policy
Internet Office, Inc. understands the security of your Site Services, Web Site and the stored DATA is an important issue for you. Internet Office, Inc. exercises great care to secure your personally identifiable information and Site Information, and has implemented security measures in accordance with industry-standard practice. Internet Office strives to provide for secure transmission of Subscribing Organization and Member personally identifiable information and all Site Information and DATA from the Member's computer to Internet Office, Inc. servers. We provide secure storage of all Site Information, Internet Office, Inc. however cannot guarantee the security of any information Subscribing Organizations or Members transmit to us or from our online services or store on the Sites, and Subscribing Organizations and Members do so at their own risk. Uploading malicious software through negligence of proper and frequently updated virus and spyware software places us all at risk and you are responsible for ensuring the safety the data you choose to upload
